As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help deliver positive customer experiences through every interaction. You'll assist customers with orders, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide support that strengthens customer relationships and drives satisfaction.

The hourly wage for the position is $14.50 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills

What You’ll Do – Essential Duties and Functions

  • Assist customers over the phone with product inquiries, orders, applications, forms, and account updates.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and integrity.
  • Guide new and existing customers through the online ordering process.
  • Accurately process customer requests and maintain customer records.
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Listen actively, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues and customer concerns to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and follow established procedures for issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old in the United States. Must be at least 18 years old in Canada.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to understand and communicate product knowledge.
  • Ability to work a full time schedule within business operating hours to include 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. Monday – Saturday, with Wednesdays and Sundays off.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Nice to Haves – Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Call center and/or dialer experience.
  • Recent and relevant customer service, retail, or sales experience.
