The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join the team in the Dublin, OH Corporate office.  In this on-site role, you will utilize your knowledge to maintain the SCCM environment to include security updates, maintenance and operational trouble shooting and a high focus on vulnerability management.

What You’ll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • OS Updates, Application Updates and Vulnerability management are the focus for this role.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure components, including site servers, distribution points, and management points.
    Create, maintain and develop Windows images for deployment.
  • Ensure the scalability and high availability of SCCM infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain device collections and deployment packages within SCCM.
  • Deploy and manage operating system images, software updates, and applications to endpoints.
  • Implement zero-touch and user-driven provisioning for new devices.
  • Develop and execute patch management strategies to keep endpoints up-to-date and secure.
  • Develop new and modify existing group policy objects to configure the users’ environment settings.
  • Test and deploy software updates and patches using SCCM.
  • Enforce security policies and compliance standards on endpoints through SCCM.
  • Respond to security incidents and apply remediation measures.
  • Investigate and resolve endpoint-related issues, including software installation failures, performance problems, and configuration errors.
  • Performs routine analysis to resolve problems with computer, telecommunication, or network environments.
  • Assists with Loss Prevention work as it relates to security cameras and monitoring procedures.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of SCCM configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborates with end users to help ensure compliance with customer support policies and following procedures and standards.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate’s Degree or relevant certifications or experience is needed.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an SCCM Engineer (System Center Configuration Manager) and MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
  • 3+ years’ experience with Active Directory and group policy management.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of application packaging, deployments and customization.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and best practices.
  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing software systems (End User, Servers and Cloud system configurations and performance tuning).
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities desired.
  • Ability to be available after hours as needed and work an assigned rotation schedule.
